What's LUCK?

From Roger Hamilton session (who is he? oh man! can't you get yourself more updated with current infor? he is the suave & charismatic speaker/founder of XL magazine which has Richard Branson, MM Lee, Lee Ka Shing in the network!) (also the someone whom Ada was drooling over, right? geez)
In his cocktail reception, he mentioned that

LUCK = Location + Understanding + Connection + Knowledge!

Now, pause for a moment and think, do you have what it takes to be lucky?

In the right place = right industry?
with the right understanding = context?
with many strong connections = a strong extensive network?
mastering the right knowledge = knowledge?

Or are you that kind who keys hoping for good luck silently in your heart?
Or wears red undies to gambling tables / mahjong?
Or place 4-leaves clover around your neck?
Or strategically locate a spring-operated short hand jap cat?

Or do you want luck in your hands by practicing what Roger Hamilton said?
