My first ever...

SOPHIE KINSELLA -- The Undomestic Goddess --

I chanced upon this book when i was walkin in Times PS last week...

Always wanted to read this female author's book since friends like Meiru & Cheryl are hogging onto them and Ruth even has the entire series and aim to collect them all!... and what am i doing?

i grabbed one off the shelf and began reading while shopping around...

Why i chose this title? --> the setting is in London and that'z it.. that's enough... i love london, and she even went to cotswold.. which i missed when i was there.. not much of a sightseeing features there but is pretty and lovely in its own life! *gurhgargh* should have made a trip there... is simply a page out of the story book...

i swear i am going there by July 17th 2007!!! mark my words, cotswold! here i come!!

Let me say something about the book.. is a female lawyer (*blink blink* my childhood ambition!) who's superbly hectic in life & turning the youngest partner in Carter Splink & !BANG! she made a simple mistake and there goes her future!

*Review point !1: No stability in work you are doing.. because we are all dispensable!!! omg!! we studied so much to make ourselve useful and then useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!! {yah, you might be think that corp. life isn't that politics and not that black.. i chose to defer!! work and you will find out!!! }

Then, she was to overwhelmed & just left london in a daze, board a train at PAddingTON! yes! i have been there too.. boarded a train there as well! hahah... paddington.. yes, is the bear in rainy costume... *cutie*... tried to put a little picture here but not successful... She can't believe that the 7 years of relationship she built up with the firm vanished into thin air overnight... How she as a lawyer plan her day... by every 6minutes!!! omg!!! that is fast!

Review point!2: i really like taht.. cos i faces time management issues.. and in fact manages my own time by hours.. hah... that z so long compared to her! i am changing to plan my time in 15mins!!!!!

Next, the train reached cotswold, she just walked, (yah, very story-->), came to a house wanting to ask for direction, but once she opened the door, the lady owner, just grab her into the house & assume she's the housekeeper! Anyway, other this absurb part, she fell in love with the garderner who is a university grad in some agriculture course & owns 3 pubs... And the important thing is they made love in the Raspberry garden under the afternoon sun...

Review point!3: do i have a review on this? hhmm... prob this is more like a decision... yah?

Then, i have nothing to then about.. cos i haven't finish it yet.. slow reader right? haiz.. where to find time?? 15min pack? yah... but how many 15mins do i have to read book?
