haha... is thick & crunchy.. unlike Pringles or Mister Potatoes...

is actually quite "good" for "health".. let's do the calculations...
Pay S$2.50 for whole big can of Pringles --> Finish the whole can --> Take in more more salt & Oil & Saturated Fats or worse, Trans Fats...

Pay S$2.50 for this, smaller one --> eat less of every 'bad' ingredient & stay healthier...
Understood the following from a holistic health specialist (*a young, pretty, fun-loving, dynamic lady, but guys, she is married liao...):
Let's say
1fresh potato (i.e. raw) - Steam / boil --> Contains 1 unit of Fats
1fresh potato - cut into long stripes - Deep Fry (better known as French Fries) --> Contains 50 units of Fats!!
1fresh potato - cut into thin slices - Deep Fry (known as Potato Chips) --> Contains 250 units of Fats!!!!!!!
Waseh!! = to doing our body 250 times of HARM!!
Are we going to eat less of it ?
