Over the weekend...

Lancome party... crap!~! Just a simple survey shows that many (like me!) expect there to be sit-down sessions on beauty tips (remember that was one of my aims?) but what was there?

nothing! only a private sale... very very long queue... lousy attitude at the cashier... crappy system... (let me tell you why... Annie, one of the shopper, wanting to change just 1 product, they asked her to RE-Queue! - can't they do it as an enquiry & settle it at the customer service counter??!!... then when GG & me reached the cashier, asked her for details abt lucky draw, she ROLLED her EYES! and turned her head to the lady beside... there & then the lady explained... When deciding between 'Natural' & 'Volume' Mascara, (expecting good service), asked the sales girl, she said, "Depends on what you want.. Natural or Volume??" - duh!)

You think this is bad enough, wait till this...

We arrived at 10.30 sharp, awaiting to enter a ballroom for talk or whatever, we were shovelled into a private sale! so Packed, so limited items, no sales ladies to assist! by the time, we finished paying, it was about 11.30...
-Walked up to the Lancome ladies, what's the next program?
-"oh, lunch at 1pm! in the meantime, you can walk around, go shopping or get our crepe!"

duh duh duh... asked us to walk around for 1.5 hours waiting for the lunch & lucky draw??!! haiz...

After all this, *sorry to be hearing my ranting..* i love shopping with GG, enjoyed the company of Annie, got to know Janet & Flona & my purchase and getting to know 'Tip' @ Thai fair... =)

All in all, i walk out as a satisfied & happy girl still...

But maybe will be more careful next time in going for such stuffs... hhmm...

Afterall, i am Not a Lancome user!! There are definitely better alternatives around!
